Mr. Rajiv Dube
Director, Aditya Birla Management Corporation Private Limited and
Director, Group Corporate Services

Mr. Rajiv Dube joined the Aditya Birla Group in July 2010 as Director of the Aditya Birla Management Corporation Private Limited. He is also the Director, Group Corporate Services, in which capacity he oversees the functioning of four Group corporate functions — Corporate Technology Strategy and Services, Corporate Management Services, Corporate World Class Manufacturing and Corporate Legal, as well as the Power Business. He is the Chairman of the Aditya Birla Science & Technology Company and a member of the Board of Indigold Carbon (Netherlands) B.V.

Prior to joining the Aditya Birla Group, Mr. Dube was with the Tata Group for 27 years. He began his career in 1983, in the commercial vehicle manufacturing operations of Tata Motors, and last served as the President of its Passenger Car Division. Between 1991 and 1998, Mr. Dube was part of the Group Chairman's Office at Tata Industries. Since 1998, he has held various leadership positions within the Passenger Car Division of Tata Motors before assuming overall responsibility of the division in 2005. An erstwhile officer of TAS, formerly known as the Tata Administrative Service, Mr. Dube comes with rich experience in engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, service and general management, and has been on the boards of several companies within the Tata Group.

Mr. Dube is an ex-Chairman of the Board of the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI), a member of the Executive Council of the Indian Society of Advertisers (ISA) and is on the Industry Advisory Council for the SP Jain Institute of Marketing and Research, Mumbai. He has served as the Chairman of the task force on vehicle classification at the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and was member of its passenger car CEO's Council.

Mr. Dube holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a post graduate degree in business management.
